Lady Gaga’s new scent smells of `blood, sweat and semen`

Lady Gaga, whose new perfume ad shows her smeared in sloppy egg yolk and thick, black tar, is said to be based on the pop star’s own body scent.

The promo uses Gaga’s tune Scheibe, which translates as ‘s***’.


The star has revealed that she has sampled her bodily fluids while concocting the spray so it would have the whiff of an “expensive hooker” and “blood, sweat and semen,” the Sun reported.


The scent is selling quickly in the US. The ‘Poker Face’ hit maker announced on Saturday that she would be making a special appearance in Harrods in October, probably on a sales drive for it in the UK.


Meanwhile droves of British fans have taken to Twitter to declare they won’t buy it because they fear it will “literally smell like s***”.

Last night, Alexander met with Gaga in her dressing room. The two sat down to chat for almost 20 minutes and, in addition to filming the video above, Gaga gave Alexander a few messages she wanted to be relayed to you guys. Firstly, the new album is going to be like “bad kids going to church, having fun on a high level.” We can also expect the first single to be released in February 2011.

Lady Gaga's pet name is Lady Dull Dull

Lady GaGa has reportedly been nicknamed 'Lady Dull Dull' by the crew on her tour.

The National Enquirer reports that staff working on the singer's Monster Ball Tour have jokingly given her the name because she likes to relax in normal clothes when she comes off stage.

A source said: "She gets all comfy in sweats and a baseball [cap], then becomes the easygoing gal we jokingly call 'our den mum'. Another nickname we have for her is 'Lady Dull Dull', because she looks just like any one of us.

"And [she's] sweet as a Jewish mum, always mediating and offering advice on the crew's dating problems, family issues, or whatever. She not only listens to everyone's problems, she gives really great advice on how to fix them."

Speaking of her on-stage persona, the 'Bad Romance' star once said: "I don't even drink water onstage in front of anybody, because I want them to focus on the fantasy of the music."

Lady Gaga jets round world five times in 12 months

Lady Gaga has jetted round the world FIVE times in just one year. The Poker Face star has racked up 130,000 air miles in the past 12 months, travelling to 78 different cities on her Monster Ball World Tour.

That's the equivalent of circling the earth's circumference almost five times over.

At one point she flew from Germany to New York City on May 12 to perform with Elton John and Sting on May 13 - then the next day flew back to Europe to play in the Netherlands.

And while the 24-year-old has taken in four of the world's seven continents in the last year, it has not been without its dangers.

She was forced to cancel a gig in Indiana in January after she collapsed backstage.

She revealed on social networking site Twitter: 'An hour before the show, I was feeling dizzy and having trouble breathing.'

Paramedics warned her she was suffering from exhaustion and dehydration.

Her Monster Ball tour is set continue into 2011.

The epitome of weirdness and all things good, also pop sensation, Lady Gaga, is rumored to design some kick-ass glasses! Oh finally a touch of Gaga-ness in the real fashion world. Remember her stint where she rocked a sport sunglasses made from rows of lit cigarettes in the “Telephone” clip? Well, not that we think it’s going to be that crazy, but this did cross our minds when we heard that Lady Gaga is linking arms with London-based sunglasses brand, Linda Farrow.

The 40 year-old label has launched a sunglasses line designed by singer Róisín Murphy recently, and adding Gaga to the lineup of celeb-designed sunglasses would be a fresh move for the brand. Linda Farrow has collaborated with the likes of Alexander Wang, Matthew Williamson and Dries Van Noten. We’ll be waiting for the confirmation on this, but tell us… will you buy Lady Gaga’s Sunglasses?
