Is Liam Payne quitting One Direction ?
via glooce
A breakup; a buzz cut; a bold new affinity for the tattoo parlor; and a daring career move. No, it's not the latest celebrity meltdown. But it is One Direction's Liam Payne forging a new direction for himself. He's going solo again—well, sort of. The recently single heartthrob may have become bolder and brasher since his split with girlfriend Danielle Peazer, but he isn't leaving Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson. However, he is stepping out from 1D by launching his own YouTube channel.
"Hi guys, so I do a lot of twitcams and stuff but I thought I would start a YouTube channel so you guys can see different things I get up to. Feel free to ask me if there is songs you want me to play or anything you guys want to see," Payne wrote on his new video page and then consequently shared a "coming soon" Twitter plug on Friday, Nov. 23, as Press Party confirms.
"I just want to do something extra for all you amazing fans to show you how greatful [sic] I am for all your hard work and all the amazing support you give me and the boys. Im going to try and post at least one random video every few week so watch out," he added.
At last check, the empty, video-less page already had more than 88,000 subscribers, so Payne is off to a good start. That number should skyrocket once he actually posts some content.
That said, if One Direction does eventually fall under the boy-band curse and follow the breakup trend of, say, NSync, the Backstreet Boys and 98 Degrees, then Liam Payne may have just carved himself out a backup plan—and the first step to becoming a solo artist.

One Direction Hit The Bambi Awards -Pictures and Videos

Its the 22nd of November people, that means it’s ‘deadly day’ for One Direction.
Louis Tomlinson once admitted that he, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Zayn Malik allow themselves a day off from being serious and hard working and very, very professional and on the 22nd of each month they have carte blanche to act crazy, silly and a little bit weird.
He explained:
“We did originally make it that the 22nd of every month is just one day where it’s kind of more acceptable for us to be stupid and we just kind of run away from everyone really.”
He added:
“We climbed onto the roof of a building the other day. There were about 10 people at the bottom telling us to come down. We’re young lads. It’s good to feel alive.”
The lads are in Germany today, having travelled from London yesterday to attend the annual BAMBI Awards.
They seem to be keeping a fairly low profile on social media though and Niall tweeted yesterday to thank his fans for getting them to the top of the charts in 32 countries saying:
“Thank you all soo much for ur support! Means soo much! We can’t believe this is all happening to us, just normal guys from small places”

Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan perform with their One Direction groupmates Zayn Malik and Liam Payne during their concert appearance on The Today Show on Tuesday (November 13) in New York City.
The boys brought out the largest crowd ever for the morning show to celebrate the release of their new album Take Me Home.
“I’m delighted we’re making this film and Morgan is the perfect person to give that access-all-areas, behind-the-scenes look into what it’s like to be One Direction today. What the band have achieved is incredible, they and their fans have made history around the world – this is for them,” Simon Cowell said in a statement.
They performed their songs “What Makes You Beautiful,” “Little Things,” and “Live While We’re Young” for the live broadcast and pre-taped performances of “One Thing,” “Moments,” and “Kiss You” to air during the show tomorrow.
